Our work is informed by decades of experience across Tribal enterprise leadership, economic development, construction and infrastructure, labor relations, and public governance. That experience has reinforced a consistent lesson: leadership carries responsibility beyond a single role, project, or generation.
Our Perspective
The foundation of Long Game Advisory Group is shaped by a deep understanding of culture, governance, and consequence. Long before the firm existed, its perspective was influenced by a lineage of leadership rooted in service, advocacy, and persistence and by lived experience in environments where accountability mattered and decisions had lasting impact.

Leadership
Bob Iyall
Founding Principal
Bob Iyall is a Nisqually tribal elder with decades of experience spanning Tribal enterprise leadership, economic development, infrastructure, labor relations, and public governance. His career includes executive leadership of a multi-enterprise Tribal corporation, service in the construction trades, and elected public office.
The firm is intentionally structured to outlive its founder and to support leadership continuity over time. Its work is grounded in stewardship, accountability, and long-term thinking.
